Expeditions are infamous for being extremely difficult to climb Ama Dablam as they require multiple ascends and descends to and from the peaks. Thinking about it now seems like it is a trivial task to complete and one just requires the stamina to be able to hike up and down. However, much more goes into an expedition.
During an expedition, you will be climbing the same route up and down a mountain to acclimatize your body for the exploration part. Additionally, the conditions in those regions are harsh, to say the least. You will have to make your way through snow-covered trails while carrying a backpack and in the presence of less oxygen.
