The trek begins in Ghachok village. It will therefore take you approximately forty-five minutes to drive from Pokhara to Ghachok via Hemja in the morning. You will cross the Mardi Khola River on the trail ahead, passing through the villages of Lhachok, Ghachowk, and Tubu as well as forests of rhododendron flowers in bloom. After almost three hours of walking, you will arrive at Hile Kharka, which provides stunning views of the Macchapuchre, Annapurna ranges, and Lamjung Himal.
